    Simple & Fair Business Terms

    We believe in transparent, straightforward business relationships. These terms protect both of us and ensure we can deliver the best possible service to you.

    1. What This Agreement Covers

    When you request a quote or engage our services, you're entering into a business agreement with Volobyte. This agreement is governed by English law and covers all our IT consultancy services.

    Quote Validity: Our quotes are valid for 30 days and become binding when you accept them in writing.

    2. Working Together Directly

    We prefer working directly with our clients because it allows us to:

    • Understand your specific needs better
    • Provide more competitive pricing
    • Deliver faster, more personalized service
    • Build a lasting partnership with your team

    Third-Party Procurement: If you need to use external procurement services or competitive bidding processes, we may need to add a consultation fee of £2,500 + VAT to cover the additional administrative work involved.

    3. What We Deliver

    Volobyte provides enterprise IT solutions including:

    • SaaS procurement and licensing (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, etc.)
    • Implementation and deployment services
    • Identity and access management solutions
    • IT infrastructure consulting and automation
    • Ongoing technical support and maintenance
    • Compliance and security consulting

    4. What We Need From You

    To deliver the best results, we need you to:

    • Provide accurate information about your requirements
    • Pay invoices according to agreed terms (typically 30 days)
    • Grant necessary access to systems for implementation
    • Comply with any third-party software license agreements
    • Communicate openly about any changes or concerns

    5. Pricing & Payment

    Transparent Pricing: All our fees are clearly outlined in proposals and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

    Payment Terms: Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. For late payments, we charge 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.

    No Hidden Fees: We believe in transparent pricing with no surprise charges.

    6. Quality Guarantee

    Our Commitment: We're committed to delivering high-quality services. If something isn't right, we'll fix it at no additional cost.

    Reasonable Limits: Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except where prohibited by law.

    Business Continuity: We maintain appropriate insurance and business continuity measures to ensure reliable service delivery.

    7. Ending Our Agreement

    Either party can end this agreement with 30 days written notice. When an agreement ends:

    • You'll still need to pay for any outstanding invoices
    • We'll complete any work already in progress
    • Confidentiality obligations continue
    • We'll help with any reasonable handover requirements

    8. Legal Bits

    Governing Law: This agreement is governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.

    Data Protection: We handle your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By working with us, you consent to this data processing.
