Do you set up Duo or Okta Verify?
Yes. With Duo or Okta Verify a stolen password alone gets nobody in. A push can still be approved on a fake login page, so wherever devices and apps allow, we move people to passkeys or Okta FastPass set to resist phishing, which a fake page cannot get past.
Should we use Okta or Microsoft Entra ID?
We set up both. Okta suits a mix of apps across Google and Microsoft. Entra ID suits a company already paying for Microsoft 365 Business Premium or E3. Our Okta or Entra ID guide compares them side by side.
Can you remotely wipe a lost or stolen Mac?
Yes. Through Fleet, Intune, Iru or Jamf we lock, locate and wipe a missing Mac or PC, and show that its disk was encrypted.
Do you sell laptops?
No. You buy from Apple or a reseller, and we link the order to Apple Business or Windows Autopilot, so each laptop sets itself up at first sign-in. When someone leaves, it is wiped for the next person.
How quickly do updates go out?
Critical fixes go out the same day when needed. Everything else follows a schedule you set, through Fleet, Intune or Iru.
Can you change our company domain?
Yes. We move email, sign-in and apps to the new domain and keep the old addresses as aliases, so mail sent to them still arrives and nobody loses a login.
Can you back up Okta?
Yes. We export your existing Okta setup into Terraform and keep it in a code repository, so every change is reviewed and saved and any earlier version can be restored. We do the same for AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
How do we roll out Copilot or Gemini safely?
Copilot and Gemini can read anything a person's account can open, so file sharing is tidied first. The free health check finds the AI tools already in play, then a short AI policy says which are allowed and the approved ones go behind single sign-on.
Can AI agents have their own identity in Okta?
Yes. Each agent gets its own identity in Okta, with an owner, the apps it may use and a record of what it did. Okta's Agent SSO became generally available on 24 August 2026, in its core single sign-on plans, and we are an Okta partner.
What does an AI agent cost?
Each workflow is built once for a fixed price, from £2,499, then one monthly fee per person keeps it running. AI use is metered, because it varies with the model and the task.

Yes. We are an AWS partner and resell Azure and Google Cloud, so your usage comes on one 30-day invoice from us, with a discount on compute. Your accounts stay yours.
Do you set up office Wi-Fi?
No, we don't install networks. We can look after some settings on the network you have, and send its Wi-Fi to every laptop through device management.
