The short version
Most teams are stuck doing the same ten things manually. Account creation, approval chains, data syncs, spreadsheet wrangling. Every step is a handoff, every handoff is a chance for something to get missed.
We build automations that eliminate that. Some clients come to us with a specific workflow they need built. We scope it, build it, and hand it over. Others want us to run and manage those workflows ongoing as part of a managed service. Either way works.
We have ready-made templates for common workflows like onboarding, offboarding, and approval routing. If your process fits, we configure and deploy a template in days. If it does not, we build bespoke. n8n and Python, with PowerShell where Windows requires it.
This is for you if
Approval requests sit in email inboxes for days because there is no routing or escalation
You are copying data between systems manually because they do not talk to each other
You are paying for HR platform seats for contractors who only need basic access
Finance still relies on spreadsheets that someone manually updates every week
Compliance evidence takes hours to pull together because nothing is connected
Business processes like contract renewals, invoice approvals, or reporting still run on email and spreadsheets
Joiner-mover-leaver workflows are still manual even though your identity provider supports automation
Your team wants to use AI but nobody knows where to start or what is actually worth doing
Where most companies are
You do not need to start at stage four. Most of our clients start at two. The right approach depends on how many people you have, how many systems need to be connected, and how much time your team is losing to manual work.
Manual checklists
Processes live in Google Docs and email threads. Approvals happen in Slack. This works until someone gets missed, which happens more often than anyone admits.
First automation
One or two workflows handle the most painful processes. Approvals, data syncs, or joiner-leaver flows. The rest stays manual but the highest-volume work is covered. Most companies start here.
Connected systems
HR, identity, devices, and business tools are connected. Approvals route through Slack or Teams with audit trails. Finance reports generate themselves. Compliance evidence is always current.
Autonomous IT operations
Workflows run the department. Compliance drift triggers remediation automatically. Reporting is generated without manual input. Staff focus on strategy and exceptions, not repetitive tasks.
What it actually costs you
You are paying for HR platform seats for every contractor, even the ones who only need a login and a laptop. At £10-20 per seat per month, that adds up fast when you have 20 or 30 contractors on the books. We automate contractor provisioning without requiring a full HR seat for each one. Finance teams are still updating spreadsheets by hand every week because nobody has connected the systems that feed them. That is hours of skilled time spent on data entry.
When someone leaves and their access stays active for days, that is exposure to customer data, internal systems, and intellectual property. Our offboarding workflows trigger the moment HR confirms a departure. Access is revoked across all connected systems automatically.
Approval requests sitting in email inboxes cost more than the delay itself. Lost approvals, duplicated effort, and the staff time spent chasing three people across two time zones. We route approvals through Slack or Teams with escalation rules and audit trails. Most approvals close in minutes, not days.
What you probably already have
You probably already have tools that could handle some of this. Most companies do. The problem is not the tools. Nobody has connected them, built the logic, or set up monitoring. We assess what you have, identify what is worth automating, and build it.
What changes
New hires get accounts, apps, and device access from a single HR action. No manual steps, no missed accounts
Leavers lose access the moment HR confirms departure. Accounts disabled, sessions revoked, devices flagged. All automatic
Contractors get the access they need without buying HR platform seats for every one of them
Approval requests route through Slack or Teams with escalation rules. No more email chains
Finance reports, compliance evidence, and recurring processes run automatically instead of living in spreadsheets
Systems sync automatically. No manual CSV exports, no data re-entry, no drift between platforms

Did you know?
Automation works best when identity is under control. If your identity provider is properly configured, offboarding can revoke access across every connected app in seconds. n8n handles the non-identity steps: device provisioning, welcome emails, Slack channels, and equipment requests. If you are thinking about access control, the two projects reinforce each other.
Everything is documented and production-ready
Every workflow ships with runbooks, monitoring, and version-controlled configurations. If you want a one-off build, you get a fully documented deliverable your team can run. If you want managed, we monitor, maintain, and update workflows as your processes change. Most clients start with a build and move to managed once they see the value. You do not need an automation engineer on staff. That is the whole point of the managed option.
How an automation project actually works
Week 1
Process mapping
We document your current workflows, identify the bottlenecks, and prioritise by time saved. You get a clear picture of what is costing you the most hours.
Week 1-2
First workflow live
We build, test, and deploy the highest-impact automation first. Typically onboarding, offboarding, or approval routing. You see results before the second invoice.
Week 3-4
Expand
Additional workflows go live: data syncs, alerting, reporting, cross-system integrations. Each one is tested in staging before it touches production.
Ongoing
Monitor and iterate
For managed clients, workflows run autonomously. We monitor for failures and fix issues before you notice. If your processes change, we update the automations to match. For one-off builds, we hand over monitoring to your team with full documentation.
Our stack: n8n, Python, PowerShell
n8n handles workflow orchestration. It is open-source, self-hosted, and runs on your infrastructure. Python handles complex logic, API integrations, custom connectors, and anything the visual builder cannot cover. PowerShell covers Windows-specific automation. We have pre-built templates for common workflows and build bespoke when the process demands it. We also integrate AI models into workflows for classification, extraction, summarisation, and generation where it genuinely saves time.
What we automate
Joiner, mover, leaver workflows
Account creation, app provisioning, role changes, and deprovisioning from a single HR trigger. Templates for standard flows, bespoke for complex org structures.
Approval workflows
Purchase requests, access requests, change approvals, routed through Slack or Teams with full audit trails. No more email chains nobody checks.
Data sync and reporting
HR to identity provider, finance to ops, CRM to support, automatic weekly reports. Systems that talk to each other without manual CSV exports.
Alerting and escalation
System health, compliance drift, SLA breaches, routed to the right person automatically. Problems get flagged before your team even notices.
Custom connectors and complex logic
When two systems do not have a native integration, we build one. Custom API connectors, data transformation pipelines, spreadsheet automation, and business logic that does not fit a drag-and-drop builder.
Business process automation
Finance workflows, invoice approvals, contract renewals, compliance reporting, and spreadsheet replacement. If a process runs on email and spreadsheets, we turn it into a workflow with audit trails.
AI-powered workflows
We embed AI into your existing processes. Data classification, document processing, content generation, and analysis built into workflows your team already uses. No new platforms to learn.
We also help you adopt AI properly
Beyond embedding AI into workflows, we help companies figure out where AI actually adds value. Custom dashboards, data analysis, internal tools, and practical adoption planning. Not a strategy deck that sits in a drawer. If your team wants to use AI but nobody knows where to start, that is exactly what we help with.

Consistent, dedicated engineers
You work with engineers who know your processes, build your workflows, and monitor them. No account managers in the middle. No rotating support queue.
No enterprise platform licences
We build on n8n (open-source, self-hosted) and Python. No platform licences. No per-task pricing. You pay for the engineering.
Flexible terms
One-off builds come with a fixed quote. Managed services run month-to-month by default, with longer terms available when they suit the scope. You choose the model.
Plain English reporting
Every workflow comes with documentation your team can actually read. No code-only deliveries that only we can read.
