Can an IT consultancy in another country actually run your identity and device estate?

Yes, for anything that lives in an admin console. Okta, Entra ID, Apple Business Manager, Intune, Jamf and your SaaS billing are all reached over the wire, so the work is the same whether the engineer is in London, New York or Amsterdam.

What runs remotely

Five of our six pillars are delivered entirely over the wire. Managed IT is the exception: it assumes hands on site, so we keep it to UK clients.

Okta and Entra ID tenants, SSO, MFA, conditional access and joiner, mover, leaver automation are configured entirely in the admin console.

How a device reaches someone 3,000 miles away

Zero-touch enrolment is what makes distance irrelevant. The hardware never passes through us.

  1. Step 1

    Hardware ships direct

    Devices are bought through an Apple or Microsoft reseller in the buyer's own country and shipped straight to the member of staff. No staging warehouse, no reshipping.

  2. Step 2

    Enrolment happens on first boot

    The serial number is registered to your Apple Business Manager or Autopilot tenant, so the device pulls its configuration, apps and security baseline the first time it connects.

  3. Step 3

    Access is granted by role

    The identity provider assigns apps and groups from the HR record, so a new starter in Boston or Berlin gets the same access as one in London.

  4. Step 4

    Offboarding is one action

    Suspending the identity revokes every connected app and locks or wipes the device. Distance makes no difference to how fast that happens.

Same engineers, same scope, different compliance framing. We work in your tenants with least-privilege admin accounts and hand them back at the end of the engagement.

What we will not claim

We have no US or EU offices and we do not pretend otherwise. Some work needs someone in the building, and for that you want a local supplier.

  • Physical office builds, cabling and comms rooms.
  • On-site desk-side support and hardware repairs.
  • Anything that needs someone in the building on a fixed rota.

Remote delivery questions

Can Okta be implemented remotely?

Yes. An Okta or Entra ID implementation is configuration work in a browser: tenant setup, SSO integrations, MFA policy, conditional access and provisioning rules. We run discovery calls, build in your tenant, test with a pilot group, then cut over. Nobody needs to be in your office at any stage.

Can you manage a US Mac fleet from the UK?

Yes. Macs enrol into Apple Business Manager and your MDM on first boot, wherever they are shipped. Policies, apps, updates and compliance reporting are all managed from the MDM console. We keep overlap with US working hours to 5pm Eastern for changes and escalations.

Do you work with EU companies under GDPR?

Yes. We work as a processor under a DPA, use least-privilege admin accounts in your own tenants and keep data in the region your platform is configured for. We do not copy your directory or device data into our own systems.

What time zones do you cover?

UK working hours in full, US hours to 5pm Eastern, and CET across Europe. Change windows and cutovers are scheduled in the client's local evening so staff are not disrupted.

Do you charge in dollars or euros?

Project and retainer pricing is quoted in pounds by default. We can invoice in US dollars or euros where that suits your finance team. Software licences are quoted in the currency the vendor bills you in.

What is not delivered remotely?

Office builds, cabling, desk-side support and hardware repairs need hands on site. For those we work with a local supplier in your city rather than pretending distance does not matter.
